DIAMOND CROWN Humidors are made from American hardwoods, specifically grown in the Appalachian Mountain region: trees grown at this higher elevation grow very slowly, lending more stability to the wood and yielding a superior grain. The lumber is Kiln Dried to 6% moisture content before production, which is the average atmospheric moisture content in the United States - an important step that prevents warping or cracking of the wood.

Reed & Barton devotes special attention to every detail involved in the more than 65 separate hand operations required in the creation of each DIAMOND CROWN Exquisite Humidor.
