Q: How do you humidify your Cigars?

A: Our entire store front is set up as a Humidor. We keep our store maintained at 65 degrees Fahrenheit and 70% humidity. 

 

Q: Does your shop have a lounge area for enjoying Cigars? Can I smoke inside the Store?

A: No. At this time we do not have lounge area at our location. We ask customers to refrain from smoking inside the store. This is to help keep our Large Stock of Cigars as fresh & flavorful as they can be, being the entire shop is a Humidor.

 

Q: How can I find out what brands and sizes you have available?

A: We do our best to keep our website as up to date as possible. Simply browse our site for finding new favorites, or use the search option at the top of the page. When in doubt feel free to give us a call toll free at 1-800-OK-CIGAR and one of our staff can help guide you to that prefect smoke. 

 

Q: What are your store hours?

A: Our store is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am till 6:00pm. We are closed on Sundays. 

 

Q: What is with your price fluctuations? That's not what I paid before?

A: As with any industry, prices are adjusted to meet manufacturer recommended or required prices. As well as our attempts to stay competitive. Tobacco is a Government regulated product, sale and distribution of products must follow particular guidelines. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. 

 

Q: Do you match competitors prices? 

A: If we can locate the product on a competitors website that is in stock and at normal pricing (ie, not clearance or closeout), we will do our best to match or come as close as possible. Of course normally we find our competitors having to match us. 

 

Q: My humidor doesn't seem to be functioning properly? 

A: If you are finding that your Cigars aren't storing well. This could be for one or many reasons. The first step would be to make sure your humidors Hygrometer is accurate and functioning properly, and that the humidor is in a cool area away from sunlight and heat sources. 

 

Q: Why doesn't my lighter have fluid? Can you ship Lighter Fluids or pre-filled lighters?

A: No. We cannot ship flammable liquids. All lighters are shipped drained of fluid and we cannot ship cans of refill fluid. 

 

Q: Does your smoke shop sell "alternative" tobacco products? I'm looking for a friend. 

A: We are a Premium Cigar Shop. Our products are Cigar related. Sorry Bro.
